The Fujifilm Frontier Digital Mini-Lab Can take almost any camera format and give you prints that will last a lifetime on Fuji Crystal Archive Paper or a great set of digital images. Bring us your film negatives, slides, digital camera, APS system, computer disks, internet images or old prints and see what we can do - from enhancing photos to helping you use them in creative ways and storing digital images on disk.
Providing the best photos for Professional Photographers with full digital capability. The combination of Professional film stock and the Fuji Frontier Printer is our key to high quality photos. Fuji Professional film is designed to be colour corrected even under adverse shooting conditions. When processed using Fuji chemistry, Fuji Professional film is sharp, extremely fine grain, great colour saturation, accurate skin tone rendition and correctable. All film, 35mm and 120 types, are processed and scanned at 16 base Bitmap or Jpeg to produce stunning prints. Clients with digital cameras can get their files fully colour corrected, or submit files for direct printing. We also process, scan and print directly from all E6 compatible slide films and all black & white film. SELF-SERVE DIGITAL CAMERA PRINTS With the user-friendly' Fuji photo kiosk, customers can view and select images for printing. Inputs include all current memory cards, CD or DVD and photos range from Passport size to mini-posters. This breakthrough technology allows customers to control the printing of their own photos. Kiosks have stormed labs around the world and customers love them. Special pricing packages are available, and printing is almost immediate, so now you only have to drop into the shop once, to print and collect your photos. Surfaces include Gloss and Lustre (Matt). We also process clients digital camera photos remotely if requested, as some clients want the very best we have to offer, including final corrections and enhancements using top end programs. STANDARD PHOTO SERVICES Our Frontier Minilab produces the finest amateur prints available. With a choice of Lustre and Gloss surfaces, clients can expect rich, fully colour corrected photos that rival Professional Photographers (subject to correct exposure with current dated film). We have the history and knowledge to extract the best quality even from amateur film stock. Clients can order various sizes in single sets or multiples, with or without borders. Scans are available on CD at time of processing. LONG LASTING ULTRACHROME ENLARGEMENTS With the latest pigment inks, colour profiling and new micro-ceramic papers, 100% acid free cotton rag paper, backlit film, canvas and other excellent substrates, we are able to print (at high resolution) to sizes up to 111cm wide by 9 metres long. P hotographic enlargements from film are fully colour corrected, all dust and scratches removed (where possibe), files saved to hard disk and backed up on CD, then printed using the best photo lustre papers available. Ultrachrome prints last longer than any photochemical process prints, even Cibachrome. PHOTO RESTORATION Ever found an old photo that has literally faded away? What about an heirloom picture that's falling to bits. With long experience in digital restoration, we will renew that priceless photo with a freshly restored copy that will last more than your lifetime. Yes, it's not cheap, but it does take some time to painstakingly redraw and replace all those fine details that have been lost. DIGITAL CONVERSION SERVICES Today, everything needs to be digital. Film needs to be scanned at high resolutions for printing. Files need to be catalogued and duplicated. Output is via RIPs and Photoshop. We provide these myriad of services using many of the latest technology scanners and computers. 35mm and 120 film can be scanned up to 4000dpi. Photos can be scanned up to 2500dpi (size limitations occur). We can scan A3 at 600dpi, 120 and 35mm panoramas in both neg and positive, 5"x4" sheet film, even strips of 8mm home movies. Old black & white box brownie negs are digitised for excellent reproduction. Files are saved to CDr and DVDr. |
