Our commitment to achieving excellence is a continuing process for us at Icon Image Centre and to that

Our production team are equally as passionate about the quality of their work as our customers are. We will not compromise quality and we are convinced that our excellent results are achieved in part by our insistence in only using Fuji Crystal Archive paper and chemistry, printing on a Fuji Frontier. Our photos are real photos, just the same as photos from your film camera. We print onto traditional silver halide photographic paper and use proven RA wet chemical processing to develop, fix, stabilise and wash your valuable prints. This traditional process is the modern day equivalent of the same process used by photographers over 100 years ago to record special moments in history and make prints that are still with us today. Stored carefully away from humidity and strong light in a good album, your Prints are archival and will be here to share with your grandchildren and great grandchildren. If for any reason you are unhappy with your prints, please contact us in the first instance and provide us the opportunity to address your issues. If we cannot resolve the issues reasonably and satisfactorily, we will refund your money on those photograph you return to us. |
